In partnership with Quebec Ministry of Education, CXN youth transformational leadership program aims to empower Grade 9, 10 and 11 (Cycle 2 in French ) high school students in recognized disadvantaged communities in Quebec and Ontario as influential leaders through personal development, leadership skills, and social responsibility.

 

Developed in partnership with seasoned pedagogical consultants and educators, key components of the program include leadership training, personal growth emphasis, community service, mentorship, team building, global perspective, goal setting, communication skills, and conflict resolution.

 

This full-day program is delivered in the format of in-person workshops and is designed to cultivate empathetic leaders creating positive innovative social impact.
