Women & Leadership- Nadia Therrien.png

NADIA THERRIEN
Founder & President

Lussona Agency

Leadership & empathy comes naturally to Nadia. From a very young age, she observed her mother lead and elevate her small-town diner team gracefully. Nadia learned first-hand that the key to outstanding leadership is the power of empathy.

After studying psychology and working in mental health, her innate desire to apply the platinum rule led her career to take a natural turn toward the hospitality industry. She quickly discovered that too many leaders fail to show how their employees matter to the organization, even in 5-star settings.

Nadia, having to manage a dysfunctional team, seized the opportunity and developed a comprehensive approach that allows leaders to master the power of empathy, to inspire and elevate their team to their full potential, leading to outstanding business results and a meaningful life.

Nadia teaches her empathetic philosophy at the college level, has lectured around the world, & uses this unique perspective to guide leaders on how to elevate their team by mastering the power of empathy. People strive to feel like they matter; Nadia is the leading expert on how to deliver what everyone is after – success based on meaningful connections.
