AMERICA'S MOST EXPENSIVE PROPERTY IN BEL-AIR REDEFINES LUXURY

A Bel-Air abode that was once America's most expensive home is heading to auction for $295 million. Known as The One, the 105,000-square-foot dwelling is *the* largest single-family residence and one of the priciest private residences in the world. It's the first time the property is being listed for sale.

Listed under Aaron Kirman of Aaron Kirman Group at Compass and Branden and Rayni Williams of Williams & Williams at The Beverly Hills Estates, an auction is set to take place online from February 28th to March 3rd, 2022 and is managed by Concierge Auctions.

“The One is created for today's billionaire seeking a truly unrepeatable asset, and when it sells, it will be the most significant purchase in the world," Kirman said in a statement.

The estate sits on 3.8 acres and boasts 360-degree panoramic views of the Pacific Oceans, the San Gabriel Mountains, and downtown Los Angeles. Amenities include five pools, a full-service beauty salon, wellness spa, nightclub, 10,000-square-foot sky deck, 400-foot private outdoor running track—complete with a glass wall view of the city—and a Dolby Digital movie theater.

The massive abode also features artwork by Mike Fields, Stephen Wilson, and Simone Cenedese, including a rotating custom statue, a butterfly installation, and a bespoke glass sculpture.

It features a three-bedroom guest house with floor-to-ceiling windows, parquet flooring, a custom bar, four-lane bowling alley, putting green, wellness center, gym, 64-foot indoor pool, juice bar, tennis court, 10,000-bottle wine cellar, 30+ car garage, and more.

Those looking to place a bid on the spectacular home can do so beginning February 28th HERE.
